Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Candid Circle ("the Platform"). By creating an account or accessing any part of the Platform, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. We verify age at registration using government-issued photo ID. If you are under 18, do not attempt to register or access the Platform.

Account rules

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share accounts or impersonate another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Adult content policy

Candid Circle hosts adult-oriented content rated equivalent to an R rating under US film standards. This means content may include nudity, strong language, mature themes, and adult situations. Explicit pornographic or XXX-rated content is not permitted. Prohibited content includes:

  • Content depicting or implying any sexual activity involving minors
  • Non-consensual scenarios presented approvingly
  • Content designed to harass, threaten, or humiliate a real individual
  • Illegal content of any kind

We review flagged content and remove violations promptly. Repeat violations result in permanent account termination.

Intellectual property

Creators retain ownership of all original content they upload. By posting content on Candid Circle, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of Platform operations. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, subject to caching delays.

You may not post content you do not have the right to share. If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, contact us at candid-circle@sogoodmail.co with a description of the alleged infringement.

Commission terms

Creators on paid tiers earn a commission on subscriptions and tips generated through their profiles. Current commission rates are displayed in your creator dashboard. Candid Circle retains a platform fee on each transaction. Payouts are processed monthly for balances above the minimum threshold. Commission rates may change with 30 days notice.

All earnings are subject to applicable tax withholding. Creators are responsible for their own tax filings.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Platform to spam, phish, scrape data, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with Platform operations. You may not use automation to interact with the Platform without prior written consent.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candid Circle's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will notify you by email and post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
